Maybe you are wondering who the guy is and why his death have echoed around the world including in the cyber world. Fess Parker Dies at the age of 85 and for those of you who do not know this man, he is a famous actor during his time. Two of the roles he portrayed were characters from the hit TV Series Davy Crockett and Daniel Boone.

As an additional information, Fess Parker starred in the TV Series entitled Springfield Rifle which was aired during the 1950′s. His acting was astounding which led him to portray the role as Davy Crokett where he later became the decade’s Disney favorite. For those of you who do not know, he is also quite a very good singer and in fact, he even had a hit music entitled: The Ballad of Davy Crockett. Afterwards, he continued his career where he starred in a family oriented series entitled Old Yeller.
After a decade, his career boomed when he got the lead role in the TV series entitled Daniel Boone. He stayed with this show for an approximate of six years where some of the episodes were produced by himself. After another decade, Fess Parker has dropped his career as an actor and concentrated in Real Estate business where he also became very successful. But having a natural blood of an actor, Fess Parker still could not leave the entertainment industry and thus returned to Television with his own sitcom entitled The Fess Parker Show. Now people are mourning for the death of Fess Parker for they will surely miss this guy as well as his contribution to the entertainment industry.
